Featured Cocktails

The 1810 Reserve: a bourbon Old Fashioned in cut crystal over one large cube with a wide orange peel

1810 Reserve

Built on tradition, just like the historic building that has stood here since 1810. Premium bourbon is stirred with aromatic bitters and our house-crafted crisp orange peel syrup, delivering a rich, smooth Old Fashioned with a vibrant citrus finish. A timeless cocktail that honors the past while raising a glass to the good times still to come.

The Cane & Barrel: a bourbon Old Fashioned with a flame-toasted orange wheel, dark cherry, and cinnamon stick

Cane & Barrel

Where Southern hospitality meets timeless craftsmanship. Premium bourbon mingles with our signature Old Fashioned Elixir, handcrafted from light brown sugar, flame-toasted oranges, cherries, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cocktail with notes of warm caramel, citrus, and baking spice that finishes like a slice of bourbon apple pie fresh from the oven. A true Southern classic, reimagined.

The Blacksmith: a deep blackberry-dark gin cocktail in a crystal coupe with blackberries and mint

The Blacksmith

A sophisticated gin cocktail featuring our signature Elixir–Black. Rich brown sugar, flame-toasted blackberries, fresh mint, bright lime, and a whisper of allspice come together with premium gin to create a beautifully balanced cocktail that’s bold, refreshing, and deeply aromatic. Smooth, complex, and unforgettable, crafted with the same care and character as a master blacksmith’s finest work.

Every signature is handcrafted with Toasted Simple™ syrups. Explore the full menu »

Our Story

The Show Returns
to Barnard Street

This building has always drawn a crowd. It began as Gresham & Co. Dry Goods, survived the fires of the thirties, and reopened in 1937 as the Palace movie house, which the Phipps and Layton families ran for half a century.

Today the Palace is restored: original limestone walls, black steel and oak, a stage downstairs, and a second floor with the best view of the stage and bar areas. The marquee is lit again. Stay awhile.
